Starlite Recovery Center provides an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults who are struggling with substance use disorders. Adults age 18 and older who participate in IOP services at our treatment facility in Center Point, Texas, receive comprehensive, personalized care from experienced professionals so that they may start living a more fulfilling life free from addiction.

Overview of the adult intensive outpatient program at Starlite Recovery Center in Center Point, TX

Adults who participate in the intensive outpatient program at Starlite receive treatment for substance use disorders multiple days per week while also having the opportunity to work, attend school, volunteer, or engage in other activities that help them maintain a healthy, independent lifestyle.

Our IOP offers treatment three days per week – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Each treatment lasts for three hours, and lunch is provided. A typical week involves nine hours of group therapy sessions and one hour of individual counseling for you or your loved one.

Starlite Recovery Center’s IOP is open to both male and female adults. Typical length of stay in the IOP at Starlite is eight weeks, but that length can vary based on the individual needs of and progress made by you or your loved one.

Admissions Criteria

All admissions decisions at Starlite Recovery Center’s intensive outpatient program in Center Point, Texas, are made on an individual basis. To qualify for Starlite’s IOP, a potential patient must have achieved one of the following:

  • Completed an inpatient substance use treatment program and, upon discharge, received a recommendation for intensive outpatient services
  • Received a requirement of intensive outpatient services by their sober living home
  • Received a recommendation by an outpatient provider to step up to intensive outpatient services due to a need for a higher level of care

An individual won’t be eligible for our intensive outpatient services at Starlite Recovery Center in Center Point, Texas, if they have:

  • Active relapse with a need to detox
  • Continued use of substances demanding a higher level of care
  • Active suicidal or homicidal ideation, or psychosis requiring mental health services beyond our scope

Additionally, Starlite’s IOP requires potential patients to call our admissions counselors for a screening and verification of benefits. Once completed, Starlite’s admissions office will work with our clinical supervisors to establish a start date to get you or your loved one on the path to recovery.

Starlite is in network with most major insurers, including Tricare. We will work with you or your loved one to find a payment plan that’s right for you.
