A Texas native, Justin is a behavioral healthcare executive and Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with a track record of transforming treatment organizations. He has launched three de novo residential treatment centers from the ground up, guiding each through startup and sustained growth while elevating clinical quality, operational performance, and patient outcomes.
Across Missouri, Colorado, and Texas, Justin has led clinical and executive teams serving individuals facing mental health disorders, substance use disorders, eating disorders, and trauma. His leadership is defined by servant leadership and a relentless commitment to empowering teams to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care.
Justin holds an MBA from Texas A&M University, a master’s degree in Counseling, and bachelor’s degrees in English and Psychology. This fusion of executive acumen and clinical expertise positions him to bridge operational excellence with compassionate care at the highest level.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, pursuing a lower golf handicap, and rooting for his favorite sports teams.
