Hannah Jowers is the Risk Manager at Starlite Recovery Center, the oldest substance abuse treatment facility in Texas. She began her career at Starlite as a Behavioral Health Associate, where she built a strong foundation in direct patient care and developed a comprehensive understanding of the clinical and operational dynamics within behavioral health treatment.
Through dedication, leadership, and a commitment to patient advocacy, Hannah advanced into risk management. In her current role, she oversees regulatory compliance, incident review, and quality improvement initiatives, working to safeguard both patients and staff while strengthening organizational systems. Her frontline experience allows her to approach risk management with empathy, accountability, and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
Hannah earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University in May 2025 and is currently pursuing her Master of Healthcare Administration, with an anticipated completion date of November 2026. Her academic training, combined with hands-on behavioral health experience, reflects her passion for improving patient safety, operational excellence, and ethical, patient-centered care.
