While at inpatient she facilitated the Freedom Program which focuses on the unique needs of the LGBTQ+ clients. Michelle believes that the continuum of care provided in aftercare services is essential in lowering the relapse rate and serves to provide clients the step-down support needed for a successful recovery life.
